According to article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About accreditation of conformity assessment bodies" I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of cost determination of works on accreditation which are attached.

2. Nullify the order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of 13.08.2002 N248 "About Approval of Rules of Cost Determination of Works on Accreditation" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.08.2002 for N706/6994.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of price policy provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.

Rules of cost determination of works on accreditation

1. According to these Rules the cost of works on accreditation of conformity assessment bodies which are carried out by National agency on accreditation of Ukraine (further - NAAU) is determined by own forces, namely:

test and calibrating laboratories;

certification bodies of products, processes and services;

certification bodies of quality systems, quality management systems, systems of ecological management;

certification bodies of personnel;

control facilities.
