About approval of the Technique of cost determination of works on accreditation and monitoring

In pursuance of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About accreditation of conformity assessment bodies" and subitem 98.1 of Item 98 of the National plan of action for 2012 concerning the implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Rich society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 12, 2012 No. 187, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Technique of cost determination of works on accreditation and monitoring which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of January 10, 2004 No. 3 "About approval of Rules of cost determination of works on accreditation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 17, 2004 for No. 327/8926.

3. To provide to department of technical regulation submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
