About some questions of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 20) of article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the constitutional laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "About the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:

1. Approve Regulations on the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan (appendix 1).

2. Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan within two months to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this Decree.

4. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this Decree.

5. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
