About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2003 No. 1271 "About approval of the Provision and structure of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2003 No. 1271 "About approval of the Provision and structure of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 50, the Art. 640) the following changes and amendment:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Establish the general number of staff of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan including central office, its branches and representations in number of 2587 units.";

in Regulations on the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

third of Item 23 to add part with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"2-1) based on the structure of National Bank of Kazakhstan approved by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approves the list of divisions of central office, branches and representative offices of National Bank of Kazakhstan with their names, and also the general number of staff of the organizations of National Bank of Kazakhstan;";

1) to state the subitem to part five of Item 24 in the following edition:

"1) approves structure of divisions of central office of National Bank of Kazakhstan, its branches and representations, and also charters of the organizations of National Bank of Kazakhstan;";

to be reworded as follows structure of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
