About the organization and functioning of the General inspectorate for emergency situations

Based on part (2) article 7 of the Law No. 93/2007 on the General inspectorate on emergency situations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 78-81, 358), parts (1) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412) DECIDES: the Government

1. Change the name of Service of civil protection and emergency situations in the General inspectorate on emergency situations.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the General inspectorate on emergency situations according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Organizational structure of the General inspectorate on emergency situations according to appendix 2;

3) to Organigramm of the General inspectorate on emergency situations according to appendix No. 3.

3. Establish the extreme number of the General inspectorate on emergency situations in number of 2 465 units.

4. In the Order of the Government No. 778/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, structure and extreme number of its central office (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 173, of the Art. 856) to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the resolution:

shall be replaced with words the words "Services of Civil Protection and Emergency Situations" "General inspectorate on emergency situations";
