About approval of changes which are made to appendices No. 3 and 5 to the Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions and about procedure for confirmation of insurance years of service for purpose of pensions, approved by the Order of the Government No. 165/2017

Based on the Law No. 156/1998 on the public pension system (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to appendices No. 3 and 5 to the Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions and about procedure for confirmation of insurance years of service for purpose of pensions approved by the Order of the Government No. 165/2017 (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective on April 1, 2019.
