1. Approve changes which are made to the Order of the Government No. 225/2018 about approval of the Program of distribution of means of road fund for national highways public for 2018 and Programs of periodic repair national (within settlements), provincial, utility highways public and streets (are applied).
2. After completion of the works provided in the Program of periodic repair national (within settlements), provincial, utility highways public and streets (except for works for national public roads), amount of completed work will be transferred to fixed assets of local authorities of public management of the first and second levels under the act of transfer acceptance of the corresponding works, according to the operating normative basis.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
