About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made.

2. To provide to department of production and conversion of livestock products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within 10 (ten) calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within 10 (ten) working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made (further - the List)

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2012 No. 3-3/373 "About approval of Rules of maintaining information base of selection and breeding work" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 7864, it is published on September 19, 2012 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper) the following change:

in Rules of maintaining information base of selection and breeding work (further - Rules) approved by the specified order:

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. IAS intends for:

1) monitoring and receipt of information on livestock by types of breeding animals and about the animals involved in the selection process used for enhancement of livestock and increase in genetic potential of animals, the direction of productivity, pedigree accessory, level of productivity and breeding value, condition of selection and breeding work;

2) automatic creation of the reporting under the republic by areas, areas, the cities, the rural district;

3) implementation of coordination of selection and breeding work and management of reproduction of livestock;

4) centralized storage of data of productivity of breeding and commodity livestock, for their subsequent use in the scientific purposes.";

appendix to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this List.

2. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 10, 2014 No. 3-3/517 "About approval of instructions on appraisal of quality (assessment) of breeding value and to reproduction of animals" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9818, it is published on December 24, 2014 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following change:

in the Instruction on appraisal of quality (assessment) of the breeding value and reproduction of local and factory horses approved by the specified order:

state Item 45 in the following edition:

"45. If the horse on one sign does not gather additionally only one point to the established minimum, then the boniter (qualifier) can not consider missing point and has the right to carry horses to the corresponding class with the specified amendment. On the horses who are not meeting the minimum requirements of second class, this amendment does not extend.";

state Item 57 in the following edition:

"57. Assessment on quality of posterity is made on all received issue: for stallions - at least at two rates (10 and more heads), and for mares at least on two probonitirovanny foals. Horses are estimated on the issue which is grown up in normal conditions. Quality of issue of uterus and stallions is established on the basis of records of farms, these bonitations and direct survey of young growth boniter.

At manufacturing stallions and konematok each head of issue is estimated on scale in points, according to appendix 13 to this Instruction. Then points are summed up and divided into the number of descendants.".

3. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 3-3/397 "About approval of forms of accounting of breeding products (material) on livestock production industries" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11269, it is published on June 4, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

To be reworded as follows the forms of accounting of breeding products (material) in goat breeding of the wool, down and milk direction approved by the specified order according to appendix 2 to this List;

To be reworded as follows the forms of accounting of breeding products (material) in horse breeding approved by the specified order according to appendix 3 to this List;

To be reworded as follows the forms of accounting of breeding products (material) in camel husbandry approved by the specified order according to appendix 4 to this List.
