1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 14, 2017 No. 66 "About approval of the Regulations on special status of higher educational institutions" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2017, No. 5, the Art. 38) the following changes:

To be reworded as follows the regulations on special status of higher educational institutions approved by the specified resolution according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
