About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 No. 195

1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 No. 195 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 2-t (heads) "The wages report of heads" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:
1.1. in the detail "Index and Code of Form" of form of the state statistical reporting 2-t (heads) "The wages report of heads", approved by this resolution to replace figures "0604050" with figures "0651002";
1.2. in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 2-t (heads) "The wages report of the heads" approved by this resolution:
the second Item 11 to state part in the following edition:
