1. Approve:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 2-t (heads) "The wages report of heads" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January-March, 2012;

2. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 08.06.2020 No. 40

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 2-t (heads) "The wages report of the heads" approved by this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:
