RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 No. 195

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 No. 195 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 2-t (heads) "The wages report of heads" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:

1.1. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 2-t (heads) "The wages report of heads" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January-March, 2012;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 2-t (heads) "The wages report of heads" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January-March, 2012.";

1.2. exclude Item 2;

1.3. in Item 3 of the word "Item 1" shall be replaced with words "subitem 1.1 of Item 1";

1.4. in the form of the state statistical reporting 2-t (heads) "The wages report of heads", approved by this resolution:

in the detail "Information on Responsibility" of the word "according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "according to legal acts";

state the detail "Contact Information" in the following edition:

(contact phone number, e-mail address)";
