2. Approve Regulations of the organization of implementation and operation of the automated information system "Control and Monitoring of Implementation of Investment Projects" (further - Regulations) according to appendix.
3. To allocate to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
To the ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2019, by its reasonable calculations, non-interest loan at the expense of additional sources of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the expenses connected with development and deployment of the automated information system "Control and Monitoring of Implementation of Investment Projects";
