Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number including with disability, cash cover to parents tutors and adoptive parents for provision of social services in orphanages of family type and foster homes by the principle "money goes for the child".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.08.2021 No. 893

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
