Determine that the certificates of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes registered by customs authorities before entry into force of this resolution can be used as the document confirming acceptance by customs authority of ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes before the expiration specified in such certificates.

4. Declare invalid:
