1. Establish:

1.1. form of the certificate of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

1.2. structure and format of the certificate of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

1.3. form of external submission of the certificate of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for submission of the certificate of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes, procedure and cases of its use and procedure for modification of the registered certificate of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes.

3. Determine that the certificates of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes registered by customs authorities before entry into force of this resolution can be used according to the procedure, established by the Instruction about procedure for submission of the certificate of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes, procedure and cases of its use and procedure for modification of the registered certificate of ensuring the payment of customs duties, taxes approved by this resolution.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2011 No. 51 "About the document form, the ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes confirming provision, and procedure for its use" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 139, 8/24484).

5. This resolution becomes effective since December 15, 2014.
