About modification of the Regulations on the Government representative for national debt management

Bring in the Regulations on the Government representative for national debt management approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2015 No. 88 "Questions of the Government representative for national debt management" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 20, Art. 558; 2018, No. 79, the Art. 2632), changes which are applied.

1. State Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"1. The government representative for national debt management (further - the Government representative) is person authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on accomplishment of advisory and consultative functions concerning national debt management.
2. The government representative submits to the Minister of Finance.".
2. Add Item 9 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The position of the Government representative belongs to positions to which operation of the Law of Ukraine "On public service" does not expatiate.".
