About approval of the Regulations on public service of employment
According to the paragraph of item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2014 No. 90 "Some questions of public administration in the field of employment of the population" and for the purpose of enhancement of activities of public service of employment I ORDER third:
1. Approve Regulations on public service of employment which are applied.
2. To management of market development of work and employment (Savenko A. L.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of December 15, 2016 No. 1543 "About approval of the Regulations on public service of employment", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 28, 2016 for No. 1723/29853.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy Minister Krentovskaya A. P.
