For the purpose of increase in efficiency of public administration in the field of employment of the population and optimization of system of the central Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine executive bodies decides:

1. Liquidate Public service of employment.

2. Determine that:

public service of employment as centralized system of public institutions which activities go and coordinated by the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry is legal successor of Public service of employment;

before introduction of amendments to the Laws of Ukraine "On unemployment case" and "About employment of the population" bodies of public service of employment continue to carry out on obligatory national social insurance tasks and functions in the field of employment of the population, labor migration and social protection from unemployment, and also function of executive directorate of Fund of obligatory national social insurance on case of unemployment and are financed for the account and within the means provided in the budget of Fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case.

3. No. 206 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.03.2020.

4. To the ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry to approve regulations on Public service of employment.

5. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
