About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2013 No. 38 and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in connection with adoption of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2013 No. 38 "About approval of the Procedure for approval of conditions and procedure for carrying out sanitation of the state companies before opening of production (productions) in the case of bankruptcy at the expense of non-budgetary sources of financing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 8, Art. 276; 2018, No. 42, the Art. 1491) changes which are applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of enforcement of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceeding, but not earlier than day of its publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2013 No. 38

1. In the resolution:
