1. Approve the Procedure for approval of conditions and procedure for carrying out sanitation of the state companies to opening of proceeedings about bankruptcy at the expense of off-budget sources of financing which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2000 No. 515 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out pre-judicial sanitation of the state companies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 12, the Art. 467).
