About approval of Changes in Rules of transportation of goods by road transport in Ukraine

According to article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport", to the subitem 37 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (with changes), for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory framework in the field of road transport and elimination of excessive state regulation in the field of motor transportations I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Rules of transportation of goods by road transport in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of October 14, 1997 No. 363, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 20, 1998 for No. 128/2568 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To provide to strategic development department of the road market and motor transportations:

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine;

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
