About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2014 No. 791 "About formation of Council of national investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2014 No. 791 "About formation of Council of national investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 25, the Art. 191) the following changes and amendment:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Approve Regulations on Council.";

add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. To the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan to submit for consideration to the Head of state of the offer on staff of Council in a month.";

To be reworded as follows the regulations on Council of national investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree according to appendix to this Decree.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
