1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2007 No. 94 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure of payments and expense recovery for pension payment for work with special working conditions, appointed taking into account the work periods during which because of the employer certification of workplaces under the terms of work is not carried out":
state the name in the following edition:

to add preamble after the words "On the Basis" with words of "the paragraph of the sixth";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
