About approval of Changes in Rules of transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo baggage and mail by railway transport of Ukraine

According to Item 3 of the Procedure for the servicing of citizens by rail approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1997 No. 252, for the purpose of improvement of servicing of citizens when using of railway transport I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Rules of transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo baggage and mail railway transport of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of December 27, 2006 No. 1196, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 4, 2007 for No. 310/13577, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of rail transport:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Yu.Lavrenyuk.

Changes in Rules of transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo baggage and mail by railway transport of Ukraine

1. In Item 1.7 of Section 1:

after the paragraph of the twenty ninth to add with the new paragraph the thirtieth the following content:

"5.8. Persons who accompany disabled people of the I group and children with disability can use privilege only during escort of persons with disability.

Execution of the preferential travel document only for the attendant is allowed if the age of the child with disability and the child follows less than 6 years with the attendant without occupation of the certain place.

Execution of travel documents for the accompanying person with disability of the I group or child with disability is performed with indication of the code accepted in automated control system for passenger traffic for the attendant of the corresponding category of the person with disability and surname and name of person with disability which is accompanied.".

5. In Section 7:

1) in Item 7.2:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"7.2. Landing in the train of persons who perform trip according to complete, preferential, including free and group, travel documents is performed on condition of availability of the travel document and the identity document (passports of the citizen of Ukraine, the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad, the diplomatic passport of Ukraine, the service passport of Ukraine, the identity certificate of the seaman, the certificate of the crew member, the certificate of person on return to Ukraine, the temporary certificate of the citizen of Ukraine, the certificate of the driver, the certificate of the stateless person for trip abroad, the certificate of person which needs additional protection, the travel document for trip abroad of person who is recognized as refugee, and person needing additional protection, certificates of the request for protection in Ukraine, type on permanent residence, the residence permit, card of the migrant, the certificate of the refugee, the travel document of the refugee the passport document of the foreigner and the stateless person), for passengers of preferential categories - in addition the original document confirming the right to preferential journey.";
