About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (The presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 10, 2019 No. UP-5707 "About Further Measures for the Accelerated Development of Pharmaceutical Industry of the Republic in 2019-2021")
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 10, 2019 No. UP-5707 "About Further Measures for the Accelerated Development of Pharmaceutical Industry of the Republic in 2019 - 2021", for the purpose of the effective organization of activities of the Agency on development of pharmaceutical industry under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also licensing of pharmaceutical activities the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning social development A. A. Abdukhakimov and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. K. Shadmanov.
