About modification of the Regulations on payment procedure of use of radio-frequency range in the Republic of Uzbekistan
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 22, 2019 No. PP-4329 "About measures for acceleration of development of telecommunication infrastructure in settlements of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of creation of conditions for broad development of networks of wireless broadband access in the republic the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on payment procedure of use of radio-frequency range in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 26, 2001 No. 429 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2001, No. 10, the Art. 60), according to appendix.
2. To the ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the minister of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Sadikov and the Secretariat of development of telecommunications, IT technologies and innovative activities, ensuring information security of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
