Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1-p (nature) "The report on production of industrial output (rendering services of industrial nature)" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2019;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-p (nature) "The report on production of industrial output (rendering services of industrial nature)" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2019.

2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the Instructions listed in part two of Item 1 on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-p (nature) "The report on production of industrial output (rendering the services of industrial nature)" approved by this resolution), the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing the following types of economic activity: mining industry; processing industry; supply with the electric power, gas, vapor, hot water and the conditioned air; water supply, collection, processing and waste disposal, activities for liquidation of pollution.
