About some questions of state-owned property

1. Transfer to the authorized capital of limited liability partnership "The international news agency "Kazinform" republican property according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Reorganize limited liability partnership "The international news agency "Kazinform" by transformation to joint-stock company "The international news agency "Kazinform" after execution of action, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.

3. Reorganize joint-stock company "The international news agency "Kazinform" (further - society) by accession of Kazkontent joint-stock company to it after execution of action, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution.

4. Determine the main objects of activity of society:

1) implementation of information and publicistic work within maintenance of state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including on the Internet, by operational distribution of information concerning political, economic and cultural life of the country and also forming of positive international image of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the world community;

2) rendering consultations within determination of optimum methods of decision making in the field of innovative technologies;

3) the organization and holding Internet conferences, briefings, press actions and other actions of expert maintenance in mass media;

4) rendering services in provision (sale) of advertizing space on the Internet;

5) algorithmization of portals and web projects with use of database management systems;
