About modification of the Regulations on compensation of employees of the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance, approved by the Order of the Government No. 837/2016

Based on Article 7 and part (1) article 16 of the Law No. 847/2002 on compensation (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 50-52, 336), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on compensation of employees of the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance, approved by the Order of the Government No. 837/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 204-205, 906), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 19 to state 1) in the following edition:

"19. The personnel which, according to the working schedule, perform activities at night to 6.00, have from 22:00 the right for the hours fulfilled during this period to the night work allowance established according to appendix No. 2 to this Provision.

Payment of night work allowance will be made in actually fulfilled hours.";

Items 23 and 24 to state 2) in the following edition:

"23. To the specialists and heads having scientific rank of the habilitirovanny doctor or doctor in the specialty corresponding to job responsibilities which carry out scientific and methodical occupational work the allowance for scientific rank it is established in the amount of 50 percent of the size of the allowances specified in Items and) and b) parts (1) article 14 of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere.

The monthly allowance is paid for scientific rank in proportion to time fulfilled within the normal daily duration of working hours.
