Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 6-t (professions) "The wages report of workers by professions and positions" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for October, 2019;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 6-t (professions) "The wages report of workers by professions and positions" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for October, 2019.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance according to the list created by National Statistical Committee.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 28, 2014 No. 122 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 6-t (professions) "The wages report of workers by professions and positions" and instructions for its filling";
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2016 No. 67 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 28, 2014 No. 122".
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
