About measures for the organization of activities of the Agency of space researches and technologies under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Approve:
Regulations on the Agency of space researches and technologies under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 24.05.2023 No. UP-76
3. Determine that:
The Uzbekkosmos agency performs the activities irrespective of other bodies of the public and economic board, executive bodies on places and submits to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
employees of the Uzbekkosmos Agency are equated under the terms of compensation to employees of central offices of the ministries and departments specified in appendix No. 3 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 12, 1996 No. 147 "About introduction of scale of charges on compensation of employees of state governing bodies, judicial authorities and notary offices".
4. In two-month time to provide to the Uzbekkosmos agency completion of the Uzbekkosmos Agency by the highly qualified specialists having necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it.
5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide allocation to the Uzbekkosmos Agency of necessary means:
on financing of the expenses connected with creation and the organization of activities of the Uzbekkosmos Agency according to this resolution, in the current year - within parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 2019, and since 2020 annually to provide allocation of necessary budgetary funds for the specified purposes;
