1. According to the procedure of carrying out ecological certification of products made in the Republic of Uzbekistan and regulation of import and export from its territory of ecologically dangerous products and waste, No. 151 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 19, 2000 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 4, the Art. 21):
a) in Item 5 of the word "and in the terms established according to appendix" shall be replaced with words "no more than five working days from the date of filing of application with application of documents, stipulated by the legislation in time";
b) declare appendix invalid.
