Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (goods) "The report on export and import of separate goods" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January, 2020;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (goods) "The report on export and import of separate goods" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January, 2020.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities who performed oil export, gas condensate, electrical energy, potash and nitrogen fertilizers and (or) oil import, gas condensate and electrical energy under contracts (contracts) with nonresidents.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2016 No. 72 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (goods) "The report on export and import of separate goods" and instructions for its filling".
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 16, 2020.
