About modification of the Regulations on National service of health of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on National service of health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2017 No. 1101 "About creation of National service of health of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 15, the Art. 507), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on National service of health of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

Subitem 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2) the analysis and forecasting of needs of the population of Ukraine for medical services and medicines for the purpose of project development of the program of medical guarantees carries out, implementation of strategic purchases of medical services and reimbursation of medicines according to the program of medical guarantees;";

Subitem 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Receives 6) and processes personal data and other information on patients, necessary for implementation of the powers (including information on the state of health, the diagnosis, data received during physical examination of patients), suppliers of medical services, subjects of managing who perform economic activity based on the license for implementation of economic activity on retail trade by medicines and signed the agreement on reimbursation (further - pharmaceutical institutions), irrespective of pattern of ownership and subordination with observance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection";";

To exclude 3) in subitem 13 of the word "and agreements on reimbursation";
