1. Approve:
The instruction for forecasting of effects of acceptance (edition) of regulatory legal acts (is attached);
form of reasons for need of acceptance (edition) of regulatory legal act it (is applied);
form of financial and economic reasons to the project of regulatory legal act it (is applied).
1-1. Determine form of the conclusion of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus by bills which consequence of acceptance reducing public funds, creation or increase in expenses, according to appendix can be.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2001 No. 89 "About provision to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economics of the right of determination of technique of preparation of financial and economic reasons for projects of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus".
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2019.
