Enter in lists of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators in which employment grants pension entitlement on age on favorable terms, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 2016 No. 461 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 60, Art. 2044; 2017, No. 59, the Art. 1778), changes which are applied.

Changes which are entered in lists of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators in which employment grants pension entitlement on age on favorable terms, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 2016 No. 461

1. In the List No. 1 of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators at underground works, at works with especially harmful and especially severe conditions of work in which employment full time grants pension entitlement on age on favorable terms:

1) in the Section III:

the sixth and sixteenth subsection 1 to exclude paragraphs;

to exclude the paragraph of the fifty second of subsection 3;

add subsection 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"workers who perform the direct organization and works monitoring during engineering procedures in the specified productions.";

Subsection 3 of the Section IV to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"workers who perform the direct organization and works monitoring during engineering procedures in the specified productions.";

Subsection 21 of the Section VII to add 3) with the paragraph of the following content:
