1. Approve the enclosed Technique of cost determination of the services which are purchased for carrying out the state information policy in mass media at the expense of means of the republican budget.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 24, 2017 No. 199 "About approval of the Technique of cost determination of services of the mass media which are purchased for carrying out the state information policy at the expense of means of the republican budget" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15174, it is published on May 29, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
3. To provide to department of state policy in the field of mass media of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
