1. Approve the enclosed Technique of cost determination of the services which are purchased for carrying out the state information policy in mass media at the republican level.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2019 No. 313 "About approval of the Technique of cost determination of the services which are purchased for carrying out the state information policy in mass media at the expense of means of the republican budget" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19310).

3. To provide to committee of information of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
