1. Approve the enclosed Technique of cost determination of grants for non-state mass media.

2. Recognize invalid the order of the Minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 14, 2021 as No. 209 "About approval of the Technique of cost determination of the services which are purchased for carrying out the state information policy in mass media at the republican level" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 23084).

3. To provide to committee of information of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2025 and is subject to official publication.
