About approval of Changes in regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning state registration of regulatory legal acts
According to the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, of the Standard instruction for documentation of management information electronically and the organizations of work with electronic documents in clerical work, electronic interdepartmental exchange, the Standard instruction on clerical work in the ministries others central and the local executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 17, 2018 No. 55, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning state registration of regulatory legal acts which are attached.
2. To the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this order.
3. To department of registration and systematization of legal acts (Iron ore N. And.) provide state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Smachilo I. V.
