1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2012 No. 1114 "About approval of the Standard regulations on crew of the emergency (fast) medical care" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 92, Art. 3737; 2017, No. 27, the Art. 778) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 4 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2012 No. 1114

1. In the resolution:

1) to add the resolution with Items 1-1 and 1-2 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine that on January 1, 2025 for work in crews of the emergency (fast) medical care the specialists holding positions of paramedics on medicine of medical emergencies and nurses of the station of the emergency (fast) medical care shall have professional qualification "paraphysician".

1-2. Determine that since January 1, 2025 workers of crews of the emergency (fast) medical care, specialists who hold positions of drivers for work as a part of crew of paraphysicians shall have professional qualification "the emergency medical technician.";

Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. Determine that Items 5, of 6, of 7, 7-1 and 12 Standard regulations on crew of the emergency (fast) medical care, approved by this resolution, void since January 1, 2025.".
