The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraphs of the tenth and eleventh Item 1, of the paragraph of twenty third subitem 1 and the paragraph of the fifth subitem 2 Items 3, of subitems 355 - the 366th item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 77, the Art. 2183), - in edition of this resolution, and also Items 1, 10 and 12, the subitem 1, paragraphs of the fourth - the ninth subitem 2 Items of 16 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with changes in legal acts regarding redistribution of powers and functions of the central executive bodies on ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the field of work, employment of the population, labor migration, employment relationships, social dialogue, industrial safety, labor protection, occupational health, treatment of explosive materials, implementation of the state mountain supervision, implementation of the state supervision and control of observance of requirements of the legislation on work and employment of the population.
