About compensation of employees of public institution "Aviation inspection"
Based on the paragraph of the fourth Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2019 "About creation of organization" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 328
1. Determine:
1.1. job grades on positions of employees of public institution "Aviation inspection" (further - Aviation inspection) according to appendix 1;
1.2. increase in the tariff charges (salaries) to employees of Aviation inspectorate for specifics and nature of work on average on:
560 percent - to the workers performing inspection functions in the field of civil aviation;
250 percent - to the workers who are not performing inspection functions in the field of civil aviation;
1.3. positions of the employees of Aviation inspectorate performing inspection functions in the field of civil aviation according to appendix 2.
2. Determine that:
the chief of Aviation inspection within the funds allocated for compensation of workers has the right to award the employees of Aviation inspectorate who showed professional initiative and provided outstanding performance of work, allocating for these purposes of funds in the amount of no more than 50 percent of the amount of their salaries and economy of the means provided on compensation;
compensation of employees of Aviation inspectorate is made according to the procedure, determined for employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations, except for the conditions provided by this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective till January 1, 2020.
