3. To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation till March 1, 2020 to make changes to form of the state water register of the Russian Federation.

The realization of the powers of Federal Agency for Water Resources provided by this resolution is enabled within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of staff and the salary fund of employees of the Agency, and also budgetary appropriations provided to it in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
