About modification of the Procedure for development of state standard of social service

According to part three of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About social services" I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for development of state standard of social service approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of May 16, 2012 No. 282, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2012 for No. 876/21188, which are applied.

2. To management of social services and integration () provide to Gaydarzhi Yu. submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Churkina O.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2020, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
