About approval of the Procedure for development of state standard of social service

According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 12, 2012 to No. 187 "About the National plan of action for 2012 concerning implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Rich society, competitive economy, the effective state", the Law of Ukraine "About social services" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for development of state standard of social service which is applied.

2. To social services department (Tarabukina I. I.) provide submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of social policy of Ukraine L. Drozdova.

Procedure for development of state standard of social service

І. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure determines the general principles of development and approval of state standard of social service (further - the Standard) for all social services determined by the qualifier of the social services provided to the persons/families which are in difficult vital circumstances and/or vulnerable national groups for providing the amount of social service, assessment of its quality and efficiency guaranteed by the state.
