Financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget to Federal Penitentiary Service on cash allowance of employees of criminal executive system of the Russian Federation and provision of pensions of the citizens serving in criminal executive system of the Russian Federation and members of their families.

4. Declare invalid:
