About salaries of monthly monetary pay of employees of criminal executive system

Financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget to Federal Penitentiary Service on cash allowance of employees of criminal executive system and provision of pensions of the citizens serving in criminal executive system and members of their families.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 8, 2011 No. 1022 "About salaries of monthly monetary pay of employees of criminal executive system" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 51, the Art. 7533);
