About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2017 No. 772 "About some questions of special economic zones"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2017 No. 772 "About some questions of special economic zones" the following changes:
in the Regulations on the special economic zone "Astana Technopolis" approved by the specified resolution:
the paragraph one of Item 1 to state in the following edition:
"1. The special economic zone "Astana — the Technopolis" (further - SEZ) is located in the territory of Nour-Sultan's city in borders according to the enclosed plan.";
1) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) innovative development of the city of Nour-Sultan by investment attraction and use of the available and attracted advanced technologies, know-how, creation of modern infrastructure;";
state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. Early abolition of SEZ is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 3, 2019 "About special economic and industrial zones".";
to be reworded as follows target indicators of functioning and critical level of not achievement of target indicators of the special economic zone "Astana Technopolis" according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
in the Regulations on the special economic zone "Astana — the New City" approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The special economic zone "Astana — the New City" (further - SEZ) is located within territorial border of the city of Nour-Sultan, in borders according to the enclosed plan.
